ICANDO OCEAN CENTRE is a gorgeous villa located on a picturesque hill (100 meters above the sea level) in the heart of the Mahe island .The 500-sq.-meter villa offers a great terrace, an amazing window view and a beautiful garden of 2500 sq.m. The interiors of the villa are kept in the Italian MISSONI will have 2 floors of the villa at your disposal. On the upper floor are 4 bedrooms (each with its own bathing facilities). On the lower floor you will find a hall, living room, kitchen, guest restroom and an open lounge. Due to the unique architectural design it is always comfortably chilly indoors, so there are no air conditioners installed. Air fans on the ceiling are regulated by toggle switches on the wall.
Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary devices. There is a refrigerator, dish washer (it runs when the electricity toggle switch above the oven is on), toaster, sandwicher, microwave, electric pot, blender, rice cooker, gas oven, dishes, etc. You will also find a barbeque outside by the villa.
There are 2 TVs and 2 DVD players (located in the main bedroom and in the living room), and a home theater system that is very well suited for CDs. There is a wireless Internet access available throughout the villa.
The garden is in the possession of the villa guests and is divided into 2 parts: the terraces (around the building) and 2000 sq. meters of an open garden, where you will find chaise-longes, hammocks, benches, stones comfortable to lie on, summer shower and an amazing view overlooking the ocean. In the garden there are plenty of places to enjoy playing badminton or mini-pitang (you can always borrow necessary equipment from villa administrator). The garden is carefully looked after by a professional gardener, thanks to whom you will be amazed to find beautiful coconut and banana palms, papaya and orange trees, mangos and numerous gorgeous flowers. You are more than welcome to taste all the fruits that have ripped by the time of your stay. Also, lemon grass is not only a great decoration of the garden, but also an essential part of a fresh lemongrass tea.
The services include housekeeping 3 times/week, linen change once/week, towel change twice/week. Beach towels are available from villa administrator, who can also provide laundry and ironing of your belongings. For an additional cost you can ask a professional cook to prepare a Creole-cuisine dinner for you using your groceries.
